Card of the Day - 10/12

Knight of Imps (Wands)

This knight is about taking divinely-inspired action on our creativity or inspirations. We may be guided in the direction of spiritual teaching, or maybe we are just being groomed for it. In some way we are being asked to step up and take action. 

There is a lizard on the man's chest which can mean protection and divine wisdom. I think lizards have a hard skin from spending so many hours in the sun. They stay low to the ground and in cool places. What can we learn from this?

This says to me that when something fires you up, remember to ground yourself so you don't go flying off the handle. And don't take everything people say or do so seriously or personally. We need to grow a thick skin like the lizard when dealing with others. Remember to take a breath and an energetic step back when dealing with the challenging emotions of others. Others are going through the integration of all this new light that is infusing the world. They may turn to chaos or complaining in order to deal. And that may be a little annoying. Just know, it's probably not about you. But they may vent at you because you're an easy and convenient target. 

The Queen of Bats says to stand your ground (reminds me of the Celtic goddess, Brigit) when dealing with others and communications. Establish boundaries and don't let them get you down. You will need to be a friend, mother, mentor and wise one to many you meet. You will need to stay uplifted and on higher ground. So, expect more of yourself than you usually do, be gentle with yourself and practice extreme self care. 

Before long things will be moving fast in the direction of your dreams. You job is to get everything in alignment so the trip will be a smooth ride. This could suggest you may be taking a trip or journey soon. 

My Take: A lot of light is pouring in now. So, in order to protect yourself and keep your boundaries, you will need to choose your reactions to others, ground yourself and breathe. You will be required to stand your ground in some situation that may get verbally heated. You will need to be a combination friend, mother, mentor and wise one to others until they can deal with this new energy on their own. Buckle up because things are really going to get interesting.
