Take a break - 3/11

So, today I have pulled a card from the Universal Wisdom Oracle. I had to post my Tuesday reading on my YouTube Channel early since I have to work on the night shift tonight.

The card I pulled is:
REST

Yes, We are still being led to rest and rejuvenate ourselves. Maybe this has something to do with daylight saving time and that extra hour we just lost, I don't know. Take time to meditate and go within today and find that quiet stillness. Sometimes life is so busy that we forget to breathe. Stop right now and take three deep breaths. And when you feel the anxiety building breathe in and hold it for five counts and then let it out slowly. You wouldn't believe how much that helps anxiety.

So take it easy and have a wonderful day.

Have Focused Intension Today - 3/10

Today is one card Sunday. I pulled a card from the Wild Wood Tarot for our message today.

5 OF ARROWS - FRUSTRATION

Here we see an archer shooting wildly at an animal. The man's energy is unfocused and inaccurate. Take time today to think through your decisions. Have focused intention in whatever you do today.

Also, don't forget to to set your clocks 1 hour ahead today. In American it's time to spring forward into daylight saving time.

My Oracle Cards - 3/9

Every once in awhile I choose cards out of my little index card deck that I have scribbled up for myself. Today I was guided to pick three cards. All three are Akashic rune cards. These runes are the ones Mariann Moore got out of the Akashic records. Today I picked:

HEALING

STAR PEOPLE
Multidimensional travel

ASCENSION

So, what does this say for us? I don't have actual definitions for these cards but here is my take.

We are being healed. We are receiving downloads in our sleeping time or meditations making us ready for an upcoming shift. I've heard mention of a shift twice in 12 hours.

These downloads are coming from our galactic family and our Higher Self which is integrating all the multidimensional us's

And this is all getting us ready for ascension. It's really happening people. Shift happens, and it's happening faster than anyone realized.

New Perspectives Are coming in - 3/8

Today I am using the Earth Magic Oracle along with the Archangel Oracle (sorry for the blurry picture).

MILKY WAY - Perspective 

Worries are whirling in your mind. Take time out for stress management. You are imagining issues that don't need to manifest. Refocus to things that are lovely and bright. This will serve you more in the long run.

ISLAND - Solitude

This tree in full bloom stand out among the darkness that surrounds this island. This means that as you go into solitude and break away from the darkness of your day, you can blossom better.

AUTUMNAL EQUINOX - Release

Things fall away from our lives just like leaves fall from trees. It's a whole cycle of life. Things must change for us to move forward. Think about the Tower card. It seems bad, but it is in fact there for your greater good. This card came out together with the DNA-Karma card and that totally  makes sense to me. They sure do go together.

DNA - Karma

This is all about the universal law of cause and effect. Karma is not punishment. We plan these blueprints before we come into this life in order to move forward in our evolution. Everyone you meet is in fact there for your greater good.

TEACHING AND LEARNING

Archangel Zadkiel: Keep an open mind and learn new ideas. Then teach these ideas to others.

PROSPERITY

Archangel Ariel: Your material needs are provided as you follow your intuition and manifest your dreams into reality.

My Take...

Worries are really getting you down. You must refocus and go into solitude. This is where you will blossom and release all that no longer serves you as you become like the Hermit and gain this inner knowledge. Then you will realize that the karma of the past has left you. It may come in a big way, but it will be like tearing off a bandage. 

Then the angels come in with Teaching and Learning. We must learn our lessons and then in return teach what we've learned to others. And this will bring us prosperity. Kinda like a positive karma. Teach and you are rewarded, in a way. Not sure if it happens that way, but that's what I'm getting today. And when you teach these lessons, new insights come to you and as you again learn, you again teach. It's a whole cycle of life.

Sounds like things are changing up for the better here. Love it!

A Few Oracle/Tarot Reviews

I have received a number of tarot and oracle decks from U.S. Games to review and  really love them all in their own way. I am giving you the spiel about them all here. As many of you know, U.S. Games Systems makes many of my most favorite tarot decks. I own quite a number of decks from their collection and I plan on reviewing them all here and there over the next few months. Gummy Bear Tarot

I love this tarot. Had to say that right off. Of the 6 decks I was sent, this is indeed my favorite and I will keep using it over and over again. It is cute and adorable and perfect for smaller hands. I wasn't sure if I would even resonate with such a deck, but decks can surprise you. If you want younger people to get into card reading, this is a perfect deck. 

It is set up in the Rider Waite style which I love. I learned on the original Rider Waite deck growing up. Tarot reading in general had a bad stigma attached to it in the 80's, at least around here. I live in the bible belt and many people see the tarot as evil. Heck, my uncle wants to burn my tarot and oracle decks. (He's not touching them!) This deck totally doesn't have an evil vibe in the entire deck. I smile every time I see it. I love that the minor arcana are designed  with images. It is sometimes hard to connect with decks where the minors don't have their own depictions of the themes.

I want to thank U.S. Games for having the courage to put out a deck like this. I really do LOVE it!

Tarot of a Moon Garden

This is another deck that I am just in love with. I asked for it based on a recommendation of a friend. This deck is artistic, whimsical and colorful. I look at colors when I read the tarot and this gives me a lot to draw from. The images are all lovely and enchanted. It's a magical deck, really. The only negative I see is that the art nouveau border is so large that it sort of detracts from the experience. It makes many of the cards look so similar. 

But in the end, it doesn't really detract enough to stop a reading. It's really just a personal preference. I have accidently shuffled the deck upside-down before without realizing it. All-in-all, I really do love this deck. Every deck has some aspect  we don't like, but these mini amount of dislikes a really don't out weight the entire tarot experience. And it won't keep me from using this deck.

Use this deck if you want to connect with the Elemental and Fairy Realms. It really does have that sort of vibe. Enchanted and lovely.

Whimsical Tarot

This tarot is completely cute and adorable. It draws on nursery rhymes, mother goose characters and fairy tales that I thought I had long forgotten. I had an app once that paired obscure fairy tales with different cards but It just didn't work for me. This tarot does it right. They pair the proper fairy tale, child's story with each tarot card. This deck makes you smile when you use it. It has a wonderful energy about it. I have done a few videos about writing fiction with the tarot and this deck would certainly fit the bill in those regards. It could really help you access your childlike creativity and get you unstuck in your writing. This is true of the Tarot of a Moon Garden as well.

Dragon Tarot

These cards are great for connecting with male energy. Males seem to really resonate with the readings I do with them. This deck is a great size &  easy to shuffle. The things I don't like are that the minors aren't really designed like many other decks. I do have a bit of trouble deciding which card is which. A lot of the cards look exactly the same at a glance. Thank God for the wording on the card or I'd be lost. I would love to see a bit more color in this deck, maybe even close ups of dragons or something more artsy. All the dragons on all the cards look like twinkies of each other. Even with my trouble with the images, I pull really good readings with these cards. This would be perfect for a guy who is getting into reading tarot cards.

Cat's Eye Tarot

There are so many good things to say about this tarot. Our independent cat friends are really served well by this tarot. This deck feels so good. I love, love the back of the cards with the adorable cat face. It makes me smile every time. This has great images that give a reading so much to delve into. We all know what the cards mean, but images like the ones on these cards gives us so much more to draw from. I particularly like the 9 Lives Spread that is located on a convenient card and also in the little book provided with the deck. It's just wonderful. I like changing from deck to deck depending on the energy of the day. And this deck has a lot of positive energy and style. It keeps me coming back for more. This is a deck for cat lovers, obviously, but anyone can use this wonderful and versatile deck.

Woodland Wisdom Oracle

I really, really wanted to love this deck. I came away with a vague friendship instead. First of all, the card are GORGEOUS! I mean, really, really pretty. Big plus in my department. There is no denying the beauty of the cards. I had a hard time getting a good reading from this oracle. The cards are separated into two decks, green and yellow. I find that when publishers split a deck like this, I don't want want to use it as often because it is so much trouble.

The card descriptions are clever, deep and insightful. I decided to buck the rules of the oracle and shuffle the entire deck together. I had a better result this way. The cards are so deep, I think maybe the deck would be served with a bit of text on each card describing what it means. I feel like i must frequently refer to the little book provided with the deck. It doesn't give me much freedom to decide what it means on my own. I do still like this deck and might write on the cards to help me with a reading.

Gummy Bear Tarot: A definite must buy! Get it now!

Tarot of a Moon Garden: Two thumbs up! Great deck!

Whimsical Tarot: Another must buy! Love, love it!

Dragon Tarot: Not my favorite, but not bad. Great for guys!

Cat's Eye Tarot: If you like themed decks, this is the one to get! Two thumbs up.

Woodland Wisdom Oracle: Needs a bit of work, but I think anyone can work with it. One thumbs up! Get it and test it out for yourself.

And I really have my eye on the Tea Leaf Oracle and the Mother Peace Tarot that are both die-cut in a circle. Love to give those two a go!

An emotional breakthrough - 3/7

Today I am drawing cards from a new app I have called The Steampunk Tarot. It's created by Oceanhouse Media. This is a different tarot than the deck that i currently have under the same name.  This one is neat and very interesting. I may have to purchase this deck to get a real feel for it.

ACE OF SUBMERSIBLES (Cups)

We are really breaking through some stuck emotions that have been stuck and stagnant. This card brings a gift of love and emotions. Love is coming through strong right now and we are conquering the fears that have once held us back

TEN OF LEVIATHANS (Pentacles)

Your ship has come in and that new shiny submersible you've always wanted is now on your doorstep. The workers cheer as their work becomes easier and easier as this new abundance sets in. And this great abundance is coming in for you as well.

THE EMPRESS (Reversed)

The Empress is all about creativity and nurturing and mother earth. This says in the reversed position that you are neglecting your creativity and mother earth and are not nurturing yourself enough.

MOTHER MARY - Expect A Miracle

Have faith that your prayers have been heard and are being answered.

Mother Mary sees the stumbling block of the reversed Empress and says that you need to expect a miracle to occur. A whole host of angels are behind you cheering you on. Take this new idea (baby's signify new creative insights or things you are working on) and run with it. Don't fear what others think. Believe in miracles and know that Mother Mary is behind you.

My Take...

We are having a breakthrough in our emotions. We are really bringing in the love energy into ourselves now. Maybe we have been stuck and not felt like we were feeling at all, but today that changes. And things are all coming out roses and abundance. But you need to keep an eye out for how you nurture yourself and your creativity. You may be neglecting this area of your life. But Mother Mary steps in and tells you to expect a miracle and some new creative insights to come on the wings of your angelic and spiritual team.

THE HERMIT

This card is about seeking the truth, your own truth. Not the truth of the High Priestess or the Heirophant. You are asked to withdraw from your current situation for a time, reflect and review your inner knowledge, then figure out how everything works together for your good.

PAGE OF PENTACLES

Industrious, crafty and good with your hands. You like new things, and creating new things. And learning is definitely in your wheel-house. You are clever and creative in finding unique ways to make money. This Page also brings a message of money, material matters or a health issue.

EAGLE - COMMUNION

This man and eagle are making contact through their eyes and spirit. The eagle encourages us to fly high and let our spirit soar. We need to notice things  on the planet and how everything comprises the ONE, the source of all, God.

FAIRIES - EARTH MAGIC

Fairies are nature angels and they have the power of enchantment and shape-shifting. We also have these powers. Fairies have assumed the responsibility for the plants and the trees (or as they are also known, The Standing Ones). They ask that you love the earth by sending her your heartfelt gratitude and appreciation. Fairies can help us have a more intimate connection with the earth.

My Take...

We all want our heart's desires. We want our wishes to come true. And if you keep your thoughts positive and refrain from focusing on the negative, you can have whatever it is that you want. But to do this, you may have to retreat to the solitude of your safe haven. Review your big dream. (Been doing a lot of this lately.) Now figure out how you can get it. Daydream in big ways. This may imply learning something new to aid and you on your journey or you may get a message, phone call, email, or text about how you can make money doing what you love.

We are being encouraged to go out into nature and commune with plants, animals and trees. They have much to teach us. This will help our spirit soar and give us more access to creativity and intuition. As you go into contemplation, stay in gratitude for this wonderful earth and appreciate every touch of nature you see. Look at the world through the eyes of a child. Isn't it a wonderful sight?
